Eco School
Baltasound Junior High School is working towards getting its Eco Flag as part of the Eco Schools program. Many of the activities also fit in with our participation in other schemes, such as Health Promoting Schools. We have an Eco School Committee which includes staff, pupils and community members.
Our new Ecocode was recently chosen by the committee. There were so many good entries that two were videoed and another was chosen to be put in classrooms and around the school. Click play to see the video.
This is a low-res web version, so you can't see the subtitles etc. If you are in the school and on the network you can go to the EcoSchool folder in the pool and there is a file called ecocodes.avi. If you double-click it will probably open in Real Player, but if you want to play it in Windows Media Player, right-click and choose 'Open With'
